Our newest endeavor is the creation of the Metal Horns Hall Of Fame Award that would provide free awards for true metal bands from genres like death metal, thrash metal, black metal, doom metal, extreme metal, etc. These bands are under represented within the music community and should be given their due. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful getting the nominated bands to accept the nomination which is unfortunate. Without their support our efforts are unfounded. This will also deprive eighty-five percent of the money raised from this project to be given to veteran organizations to help those in need. As a result, it is likely this project will be terminated by the end of March due to the lack of enthusiasm by the nominated bands to participate.
